Terms of Service

Gigstop provides a digital marketplace where creators can:

• Sell digital products
• Offer memberships and subscriptions
• Create creator storefronts
• Share content with customers
• Manage digital downloads

Gigstop is a technology platform and is not the seller of products listed by creators.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Comply with all applicable laws

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

Creators agree that they:

• Own or have rights to all uploaded content
• Will not upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Will not sell illegal goods or services
• Will comply with payment processor requirements
• Will provide truthful product descriptions

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Fraudulent products
• Malware or malicious software
• Adult content involving minors
• Human trafficking content
• Terrorist content

Gigstop may remove content without notice.

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Gigstop does not store credit card information. Creators authorize Gigstop and Stripe to process transactions.

Gigstop may charge platform fees, subscription fees, and transaction fees. Fees will be displayed before purchase.

Digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law, the product was not delivered, or the creator agrees to issue a refund. Subscription refunds are governed by the creator's stated refund policy.

Creators retain ownership of their content. Users receive only the license described in the product listing.

Gigstop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, create excessive chargebacks, or violate Stripe requirements.

Gigstop is provided "as is." We are not responsible for creator disputes, product quality, lost profits, or business interruption.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
